Quarter in review
Happy New Year! 2019 was an exciting year for us at Castle Point Funds. We were honoured with a double win at the 2019 Zenith FundSource Awards for "Boutique Manager of the Year" and "Australasian Equities". More recently, Good Returns have also named us as joint Boutique Manager of the year.
We are also proud that our Ranger Fund is currently rated 5 stars and is ranked 2nd out of 27 Australasian equity funds at Morningstar over the last 3 years.
None of this would have been possible without you, our valued clients, who have joined us on this exciting journey. We look forward to contributing to your success in 2020.
This quarter we review a volatile but ultimately solid quarter for the funds. We then consider the investment outlook for the new decade in “NZ equity returns for the next decade?” and “Strategies to navigate the 2020’s”. We then looked at listed primary sector companies in “NZ primary sector investment”. We end on a more light-hearted note and hand out some New Zealand listed company awards.
